Hi, I’m Shubho Dutta – and I know what it’s like to feel burned out, disconnected, and stuck in patterns you can’t explain.
Years ago, I was living what looked like a “good life” on the outside — yet inside, I felt lost, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted.
That’s when I began my own deep journey into healing.
Today, I’m a trauma-informed emotional healing and high-performance coach with over 12 years of experience facilitating retreats and 5 years of guiding deep 1:1 sessions with people from all corners of the world.
Today, I’m strong and resilient and I’ve helped 1,500+ individuals understand not just my mind, but the body and emotions that hold our unspoken stories and release emotional pain at the root level, so they feel safe from within and thrive.
