Thank you once again for joining my half day intensive workshop.   I help busy professionals to identify & Healing their Self-Sabotaging Mind & Unleash the  Inner Strength. 
Core focus is emotional healing, identifying and working on unprocessed wounds and hurts. 

My work is an amalgamation of few modern and ancient modalities to bring transformation.We will focus lot on identifying self-sabotaging thought patterns and tracking them to our deep-seeded childhood programming and multiple micro traumas.

You will be creating your own Antidotes for our Self-Sabotaging Mind using tools like “Radical Acceptance of Imperfections and Appreciation”.You will experience a deeper level of compassion, joy, excitement and self-worth by connecting to YOUR TRUE SELF and creating a future in your own terms. 

You will create your own tools to take away with you for when issues come up in the future when you return to the real world.

The goal is to shift FROM feeling like a victim, criticizing and being hard on yourself (those attitudes have a ripple effect on your loved ones, on work performance, and on your mental state) To a more confident, happier, and joyful self.
