PROGRAM & WORKSHOP PARTICIPATION WAIVER

This Program & Workshop Participation Waiver (“Waiver”) applies to all programs, workshops, sessions, courses, events, digital experiences, and services offered by Emotional Empowerment (“Emotional Empowerment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is owned and operated by Holistic Growth Space Co. Ltd., whether delivered online or in person.

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any Emotional Empowerment offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver.

I understand and acknowledge that Emotional Empowerment provides education, personal development, and experiential learning, which may include the use of therapeutic-informed, psychosomatic, somatic, reflective, and self-development practices.

I understand that these offerings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or healthcare services, and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any physical or mental health condition.

I acknowledge that Emotional Empowerment’s programs and services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services.

If I have concerns related to my physical or mental health, I understand that it is my responsibility to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.

I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary.

I understand that personal development and somatic-based experiences may involve: Emotional responses; Physical sensations; Psychological insights; Shifts in perception or awareness.

I agree to take full responsibility for my wellbeing, choices, actions, and interpretations before, during, and after participation.

I understand that I may pause, modify, or discontinue my participation at any time if something does not feel supportive or appropriate for me.

I acknowledge that participation in personal development, reflective, or somatic experiences involves inherent and subjective risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, temporary distress, or heightened self-awareness.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

I understand that Emotional Empowerment does not guarantee: Specific results; Emotional outcomes; Personal breakthroughs; Healing or transformation.

Each participant’s experience is unique and influenced by many personal factors beyond Emotional Empowerment’s control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Emotional Empowerment, its founders, facilitators, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation.

This release includes, without limitation, claims related to: Emotional experiences or reactions; Psychological insights or interpretations; Personal decisions or actions taken after participation.

Nothing in this Waiver excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emotional Empowerment from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation, my conduct, or my breach of this Waiver.

I understand that Emotional Empowerment may offer group-based experiences. While confidentiality and respectful conduct are encouraged, I acknowledge that Emotional Empowerment cannot guarantee the actions or disclosures of other participants.

I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

I acknowledge that certain programs or sessions may be recorded for educational or quality purposes. Where applicable, I will be informed in advance.

If I choose to provide testimonials, feedback, or reflections, I grant Emotional Empowerment permission to use them for educational or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This Waiver shall be governed by applicable international principles and the laws of the jurisdiction deemed appropriate by Emotional Empowerment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

By registering for or participating in any Emotional Empowerment program, workshop, or session, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this Waiver
• I am participating voluntarily
• I accept full responsibility for my wellbeing
• I agree to all terms stated above
