In this 1:1 Psycho-Somatic session, we’ll uncover the patterns behind your stress, self-doubt, or emotional numbness, and work through them in your body — not just your thoughts — so healing becomes embodied, not intellectual.

This isn’t talk therapy or cognitive behavioral work. This is a psycho-somatic process – engaging your mind and body to create lasting change

The Journey

Phase 1

We begin by acknowledging and understanding what’s alive in you. Whether it’s anxiety, anger, or a sense of being stuck.

As Dr. Bessel van der Kolk says, “The body keeps the score.” The memories and emotions stored in your body may stem from moments of criticism, neglect, or emotional absence. Together, we’ll:

    • Dive into the roots of your emotional states.

    • Work with your inner child to release embodied memories.

    • Create a felt sense of safety and compassion for healing to occur.

This is where true emotional release happens, allowing you to let go of the weight you’ve been carrying.

Phase 2

In this phase, we shift the focus to your adult self. Here, we identify how past relationships and experiences shaped your self-perception and self-worth.

Using evidence-based practices, you’ll:

    • Rewire your brain with new, empowering beliefs.

    • Build a deeper connection with yourself.

      Shift from self-criticism to self-compassion.

    • Open new possibilities for your love life, career, and beyond.

This is where the transformation becomes tangible. Your self-image shifts, and the way you show up in the world changes.

Shubho Dutta is an accredited meditation teacher, holistic therapist, and mindfulness coach, he is passionate about integrating modern approaches and ancient practices.

First introduced to meditation 24 years ago, Shubho, born in 1978, continues with his daily practice to work through his anxious tendencies, which arise from this highly dyslexic mind and challenging childhood. He was labeled as a failure child and teenager. In despair, meditation helped him turn his life around.

Now, his mentorship focuses on empowering others by working through their inner critic, investigating deeply rooted thought patterns and belief systems, and helping them to re-parent their inner child through compassion.

Hungry for personal development, Shubho is an active researcher of mindfulness & meditation. Since 2014 he has also been investing time and money in veriaty of trainings by the Tony Robbins Research Institute and is an alumnus of the “Mastery University”, Tony’s signature program. In 2019 he additionally completed the Tony Robbins Coaching program.

In 2018 he began training with the Tibetan Buddhist in the Himalayas and participated in numerous lectures by HH Dalai Lama himself. Moreover, he underwent training at ISHA Foundation, India, by Sadhguru, and since practices the Vedic lifestyle.

Since 2021, Shubho has supported the Trauma Awareness Training for facilitators where he has brought his expertise in trauma, somatic practices, and emotional empowerment techniques.

Shubho’s workshops are included in the Yoga Teachers Training at Orions Healing Centre, enhancing the emotional journey of future teachers.

Shubho is also the founder of BoostCamp.Live, travel experiences focused on mental rebooting. His Boost Camps aim at leaving people rejuvenated and empowered mentally & emotionally by looking “Inwards”.

Currently, he facilitates group workshops in Asia and Europe, and holds private sessions for coaches, medical doctors, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, various-level executives, and others.
