5-Day Plan

DAY 1:  Accept yourself

BREATHING PRACTICE: You will learn a breathing technique, which you can use anytime in stressful situations. This 90 second practice calms down an autonomous nervous system. This breathing practice will really serve you a long way.

SESSION: Accept yourself to boost your self-confidence and self-esteem.

DAY 2: Appreciate yourself

BREATHING PRACTICE: Learn how to come out of the fight, flight, freeze mode using your breath.

SESSION: Appreciate yourself, so you can find the source of strength within you.

DAY 3: Accept and appreciate loved ones

BREATHING PRACTICE: Raise energy in your body using a new breathing technique. You will learn a simple body scan technique to train your monkey mind (distracted and unfocused) to be more present in the moment.

SESSION: Create a stronger bond with your loved ones. The intention here is to accept others as they are with their imperfections, so you are neither irritated, annoyed nor frustrated with them.

DAY 4: Reprogram your mind & body

BREATHING PRACTICE: Learn how to release stress from your physical body with a fun-movement technique.

SESSION: Identify your behavior patterns and mindsets which hold you back, so you can tap into your full potential and make your plans a reality.

DAY 5:  Continue Mind Gym training

BREATHING PRACTICE: You will have a taste of a mind-body connection through a few powerful exercises demonstrating how thoughts (mind) generate feelings (body sensations).

SESSION: Prepare a couple of memories and qualities that prove you are mentally and physically strong to face any challenge.

We will dive deeper into some of the key techniques that you have worked through during the past 5 days. We will take some time for a Q&A session to answer your questions and clarify any doubts. This session aims at ensuring you are self-sufficient to make yourself emotionally empowered and internally strong.

About Shubho

Shubho Dutta is a certified meditation teacher from Yoga Alliance USA, studying the Buddhist and Hindu philosophy during multiple courses either under FPMT and his holiness Dalai Lama himself and learning an Inner Engineering in the ISHA Foundation – Sadhguru. He spends a lot of time in the Himalayas with different teachers.

He is 43, but he was labelled as a failure child and teenager. When he had very little hope in life, meditation helped him turned around his life.
